Madrigal
Candide
Candela’s Candide is an absolutely beautiful, light fawn, half Accoyo, full Peruvian female with a soft, lustrous fleece and excellent alpaca phenotype. You really need to see the beautiful brightness and high-amplitude, multiple crimps per inch in her fleece to appreciate her. Candide’s sire is Northcoast El Accoyo Asante, a dark fawn full Accoyo male. Her grandsire is the famous Accoyo Peruvian Legacy. Candide’s first cria is Acaraho, he was born in the fall of 2005 and sports a very impressive presence and extremely dense fiber with a nice bold crimp.
Sundrop Sundrop is the first cria born on our farm out of Madrigal. Her confirmation is exactly what we are breeding for at BirchKnoll Alpacas. She has a beautiful head, straight legs, and a wonderful bite. Sundrop has her mom’s (Madrigal) fleece, which is crimpy and dense with coverage galore. Her dad, Socosani’s Symphony is a true black herdsire so she has color in her background. She won a blue ribbon at the Florida Show in January 2005.
Sugar Britches
Sugar Britches is a big girl. She came to us as a weanling from Benchmark Alpacas. Her mother and father are both Peruvians with high frequency crimp and super coverage. Her mom’s offspring have done extremely well on the show circuit winning many blue ribbons. She proved to be a super mom with plenty of milk.
monCherie
monCher is a white full Peruvian girl with an impressive pedigree. Her grandsires are Vengador and Microsoft. Her confirmation is impeccable, she has nice straight legs and a good bite. Her crimpy fleece is extremely soft and bright.
Clementine’s dad is the full Accoyo import Don Juan from Magical Farms. Her granddad on her mom’s side is also a full Accoyo import, 6Peruvian Accoyo Grand Triumph. Her fleece is uniform and exhibits multiple crimps per inch and is extremely soft and dense. She took a 4th place in a very large white class at the Sunshine State Alpaca Expo in Florida in 2007.
Lacy
Lacy is a Caligula granddaughter. Her sire, Shangri La, is a full brother to El Nino. Lacy is a big, well developed girl with good bone structure. She is very friendly with a winning personality and is easy to work around.
Starlight
Starlight - Our first Argo offspring has proven that Argonaut is definitely prepotent. We always want our boys to stamp their offspring and Argonaut has done just that. Starlight has a beautiful proud alpaca head with a tight top knot. Her legs and top line are straight and she has a nice strong bone structure. Her fleece is well organized in tiny bundles with high amplitude crimp. She is uniform and dense, just like her dad.
